Martyn has seen how yoga has helped keep his body supple while gaining strength and endurance, physically and mentally, bringing about an overall sense of well-being and peace.
Yoga believes that helps us work towards balance in every aspect of our lives. Practising yoga on the mat can help make the most of the strengths we have to deepen our experience of our body and bring awareness and control where needed. This experience can be used off the mat to deepen our experience of our whole self.
Through Martyn's work as a Person-Centred counsellor and Yoga Teacher, he delights in interweaving the amazing emotional and psychological benefits yoga provides theoretically and practically to help bring about peace of mind, confidence, self belief and transformation in those he has the privilege to work with.
