Jess is a registered dietitian who works in the NHS with experience across mental and physical health settings. In her spare time Jess is a passionate cook, always looking for new and exciting ways to feed her family. A pivotal point in Jess' career has been recognising that everyone has innate wellbeing, no matter what their shape, size or physicality. Jess loves to support people to reconnect with their innate wisdom and tune into their body signalling, supporting them to ditch the diets, fling out the fads and find a peaceful relationship with food.
