Lucy began yoga several years ago as a way to free her mind from mental health issues. Yoga helped her overcome anorexia and helped her develop a love for her body and self. Lucy practises regularly and teaches every day in order to help others find peace and calm within their busy lives. Lucy became a qualified Yoga Teacher last year and has been teaching ever since. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Yoga and Yin. She is also qualified in Acro Yoga. Lucy feels very lucky to be able to say that he passion is her full-time job.
